If you would like to join the Central Oklahoma MoPar Association you will need to complete the membership form and return it with your dues. Dues are $25 per year for individuals and $35 per year for families. You can download a copy of the '/Portals/0/COMAForms/COMA.Membership.Flyer Applicaton.Rev1.pdf'>Membership Form and mail it to the club's P.O. Box or you can bring it to the next meeting or club sponsored event.

Hello All,

Just found this site today. Not a current owner of any classic iron right now. I sold the last two projects I was working on years ago when my two sons were both entering High School. Anyone with multiple kids in HS / College knows how well the rusty project car can fair when finances are strained. Long story short the kids are now wrapping up college and I am looking to re-enter the hobby. Wife is originally from Tulsa, so we just moved her back here 4 years ago. We live in Woodward and I am just starting the hunt for a 68-69 Charger to begin work on. I do light mechanical tasks well and I am a certified Bodyman and Painter, although I no longer work in that profession. I used to eat, sleep, and breath MOPAR, but I admit I am rusty from years out of the hobby.

Cheers,

Joe

Hello,

New to the site. Looking to possibly join the Assoc.

I own a

1970 Charger R/T. Yes, it's all original, numbers matching!

    1970 Barracuda. Little ruff.

1971 Barracuda. Not bad, but will be a stomper when I'm done.

    1973 Duster. 440 mean machine.

    1974 Sattelite. Nice all original.

Looking for some conversation about cars and stuff, but not many people use this forum. What's up with that???

Looking forward to the show in June. Anyone know what vendors are coming. Need some metal pieces and heard they will bring them to the show to help with shipping costs.

Come on folks, last post before this one was a month ago!!!

Nick

Just thought I would say hi and introduce myself.

I'm from NW OKC, up near Bethany, and I've got a 2006 Dodge Magnum SE. She has a few very minor mods to her as well as a couple of major ones. Major mods are a set of Centerline wheels and a Denko Mopower grill. I've added factory fogs, replaced the shifter, rearview mirror, replaced the factory stereo and added some interior LEDs.

I've even created a website for it, feel free to go visit: 'http://blackmagicmag.com'>http://blackmagicmag.com.

Greetings from South Carolina ! this is one of your old members (Jerry Lebar) that moved from the area 7 years ago. I owned a FY-1 1970 AAR Cuda. I now belong to the Central Carolina Mopar Club (CCMC), where I am the president. I try to stop in and read thru the website from time to time. Hope all is going well with all and wishes for a better New Year. Take care and see you around. I take a pilgrimage each year to Carlisle, Pa for the Chryslers at Carlisle if any of you make it up there. Stop by the AAR Cuda / T/A Challenger section and say HI ! We always have a tent displaying the CCMC banner.

How's it going out there in Oklahoma? Although I'm in Georgia now, as you can see I'm still monitoring the clubs activities. For those who don't remember me, I'm Eric. The guy with the burnt orange colored Duster. My login ID was (and still will be once I change it back) 1ToughDuster. Everything's okay out here in GA. I'm getting the Duster ready for the HAYES Mopar Meet at the Atlanta Dragway in early September.

I'll be visiting OKC again on the 15th of August for a few days. I'll probably hit Pull-a-part while I'm in town to see what Chrysler parts theymay have. By the way, if anyone has a 440 block that they want to sell, let me know.

Hi! I'm Clayton, I have been into the older FWD mopar's for a few years now(still here like a n00b). I'm a forum admin on TurboDodge.com. Been trying to start an SDAC Chapter in Oklahoma sense late of last year. I have made some good friends threw the forum I currently watch over and hope to meet some more local guys here! I hear there is a pretty exciting show going on in May, any link for the details?

My buddy Clark Hickman and I was chatting on MSN when he told me about COMA. He sent me the link here, had to register.

I own a couple of FWD Mopars, First is an 1987 Shelby CSX #674 that was a runner until a fuel line busted and caught the engine bay on fire. So i'm saving and working on a stealth factory like rebuild on her. My second is a 1985 Dodge Omni GLH, originally a 2.2 carb with a A525 5speed, NOW 2.5 tall block(basically a factory stoker) and an A670 3speed transmission fitted into an A413 case. The GLH drivetrain was built by Ed Peter's for a car he was building. I'm told a week before he was to install the setup the car got T-boned and that is how it ended up in the GLH I recently purchased.
