It's a reoccuring meeting on the schedule that shows up every 3rd sunday of the month. We informed the members at the last meeting in April that just the same as in previous years our meetings before our show are weekly and the members that attended chose Thursday nights at the park. We sent emails to the dues paid membership and several members had expressed that they would not be able to attend and what not so basically we knew who would attend. Historically we hold the final monthly meeting for May the Friday before the show, which is tonight (5/29/09) at Joe Barnes Park.
The month of May is always all about the annual MOPAR show so no new business gets introduced and during May everything centers around getting members to attend and getting them to get others to attend.
