1972 Plymouth Satellite
THIS CAR NEEDS TO SELL or trade for nice hot rods/rat rods.
2 owner (you are the 3rd) 1972 Plymouth Satellite Sebring turned Roadrunner lookalike. Has rebuilt 360 (midwest engine builders in Tulsa) with 4 barrel demon carb, edelbrock alum intake, stock cam, ceramic coated hedman headers, rebuilt 727 tranny with shift kit (Manny at Transmissions and More in Collinsville). Car also has all new bushings, ball joints and shocks in the front end. And converted front brakes to disc, no power brakes (easy conversion). Original 8 1/4 rearend and leafsprings and original torsion bars, someone put air shocks in rear.
Was painted by John at custom designs auto in skiatook in 2004-05, color is B7 Jamaica Blue Metallic Blue with PAINTED strobe stripes, not stickers. Only one spot of rust was replaced by sheetmetal on left rear quarterpanel NO BONDO, SERIOUSLY SOLID BODY NO RUST AT ALL. New chrome on bumpers front and rear. Powder coated police wheels. Interior is all original except new headliner and carpet.
Only things wrong is the left turn signal doesn't blink and the choke needs adjusted on the carb few very minor engine leaks. Runs Excellent and is driven aprox. once a week by my father to work and back. I am in the Navy and no longer drive this car it is currently with my parents in Owasso. (Yes, my parents moved to Owasso. That's why it's not listed under skiatook anymore.)
