'69 Road Runner
I am a new member in need of a few parts for my 1969 Road Runner. The most important parts I need right now are a "better" console for a 4-speed and a jack. My name is Mark Altom, and my contact info is 405/787-2900 (office) and 405/203-3233 (cell).

Mark,

Welcome to COMA's web site. Don't take it personal that there has been a low response to your inquiry for a "better" 4-speed console. I would imagine none of the COMA members in the Oklahoma City metro have a used console sitting on the shelf in their garage. You may need to hit some of the mega-Mopar swap meets back East (Columbus, Carlisle, etc), contact the salvage yards advertising in Mopar Collector's Guide magazine or search for a repop console from a Mopar parts vendor. The other day I received a flyer from Mopar Performance advertising new reproduction 4-speed consoles.

Good luck with your search.

John

Hi Mark,

Are you looking for the body or the top plates or both. There are a number of places selling a repro body and I am not sure about the top plates. As far as whats correct on the jack, I really dont know. There sure seems to be a lot of those on Ebay, you might do a search there. Also try www.moparts.com then look in their swap meet area. If you register you can even place a want ad there for free. It's one of if not the largest Mopar sites and gets a LOT of traffic.

Jack
